IsFalseLink

IsFalseLink is a virtual link that upon evaluation returns true iff all the outgoing atoms have a FALSE_TV, corresponding to a SimpleTruthValue with a strength of 0 and a confidence of 1.

Format

is evaluated to true iff atom-1 to atom-n have simple truth value (stv 0 1).
